Return Policy

You have the right to return any product purchased directly from our website within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be completely unused and unworn.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Have all original labels and protective stickers intact.
  • Be in the same new and resalable condition as when it was received.

Please note that once a watch has been adjusted or sized to fit your wrist, it is no longer eligible for return. However, the watch warranty will remain valid.

Return Process

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our designated warehouse for inspection and processing. Returns cannot be made at any of our local retail stores.

Please contact us at csyap@westime.co before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference resulting from exchange-rate fluctuations, currency conversion, or bank charges will not be reimbursed.

For returns where a refund is requested, all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

For orders originally paid via PayPal or bank transfer, the refund will be made to the original PayPal account or bank account used for payment.

Scope of This Policy

This Return Policy applies exclusively to orders placed directly through our website. It does not apply to purchases made through our physical retail stores or other authorized sales channels.
